Itinerary

Day 01 – Arrival / Negombo

Arrive in Sri Lanka and unwind in Negombo, a seaside town known for its coastal charm, colonial heritage, and fresh seafood.

Day 02 – Negombo → Anuradhapura

Travel north to the sacred city of Anuradhapura. Explore this UNESCO World Heritage site by bicycle, visiting massive stupas, ancient monasteries, and the revered Sri Maha Bodhi tree.

Day 03 – Anuradhapura → Polonnaruwa → Dambulla

Cycle through the impressive ruins of Polonnaruwa, Sri Lanka's medieval capital. In the evening, marvel at the frescoes and statues in the iconic Dambulla Cave Temple.

Day 04 – Dambulla → Kandy

Climb the majestic Sigiriya Lion’s Rock Fortress in the morning. Continue to Kandy, where you'll explore the Sacred City and visit the revered Temple of the Tooth Relic.

Day 05 – Kandy → Knuckles Range → Kandy

Take a day trip into the Knuckles Mountain Range for a scenic hike through lush forests, waterfalls, and rural villages. Return to Kandy in the evening.

Day 06 – Kandy → Nuwara Eliya

En route to the hill country, stop at Ramboda Waterfalls, visit a tea factory, and enjoy a hands-on tea plucking experience in the rolling plantations of Nuwara Eliya.

Day 07 – Nuwara Eliya (Horton Plains)

Visit Horton Plains National Park and trek to World’s End, a dramatic cliff offering breathtaking views over the southern plains.

Day 08 – Nuwara Eliya → Ella → Udawalawe

Board the most scenic train ride from Nanu Oya to Ella. Visit the picturesque Ravana Falls en route to Udawalawe for an overnight stay near the national park.

Day 09 – Udawalawe → Sinharaja

Enjoy a morning jeep safari in Udawalawe National Park, famous for its wild elephants. Continue your journey into the lush biodiversity of Sinharaja Rainforest.

Day 10 – Sinharaja Rainforest

Spend the day exploring Sinharaja, Sri Lanka’s last viable tropical rainforest, with a knowledgeable naturalist guide to learn about its endemic flora and fauna.

Day 11 – Sinharaja → Galle

Head to the southern coast to explore Galle Dutch Fort and Old Town, where cobblestone streets meet colonial architecture and coastal breeze.

Day 12, 13 – Leisure Days in Galle

Day 14 – Galle → Departure
